We serve youth, middle school, high school, and collegiate offensive linemen—athletes who want more than surface-level drills and generic training. Linemen who are committed to mastering the details of the position, understanding the why behind every movement, and developing the habits required to compete at the next level.

Having played and studied the position at the highest levels of college and professional football, I bring relatability, credibility, and real-world perspective—knowing exactly what it takes to transition from learning the craft to executing it under championship pressure.

Cameron Erving is the founder and head coach of Engine Room Academy.
A Super Bowl champion, 1st-round NFL draft pick, and 10-year NFL veteran, Cameron brings elite-level experience and a deep understanding of offensive line performance to every training session.
His journey from high school All-State defender to National Champion and NFL veteran has shaped a training method that blends technical precision, mental toughness, and real-game intelligence. Cameron’s hands-on coaching style makes Engine Room Academy the premier choice for offensive linemen who want to compete at the highest level.
